Kenneth Sturgill

Pastor Kenneth Sturgill is the founding Senior Pastor of Spirit & Truth Worship Ctr.
STWC is an interceding, territorial governing, worshipping church founded in August
1987. Pastor Kenneth is the son of Pastor Glen Sturgill, a spiritual icon of our
community, and has been in church all his life and has seen great miracles from God
through his dad and grandfather. Pastor Kenneth’s quest for truth has given him many
revelations and experiences with God. He has written five books from these experiences.

Pastor Kenneth received his BA Degree in Theology from Liberty University. God called
him to be an Apostle in 1989 and was shortly confirmed by a prophet from England. At
youth camp in Barbourville, Ky. at the age of 16, he met his God-given wife, Phyllis
Fultz and they have been married since 1963.
Holy Spirit spoke to Pastor Kenneth to start a traveling ministry and to name it
“Wellspring Foundational Ministries”. God said, “Everywhere you place your feet, life
will spring up.” As of today (12-20-2019), they have had the honor to be sent to 80
countries and five continents to pull down strongholds of darkness over cities and nations
and to release His will over them. They have also hosted 29 tours to Israel since 1997
and each has included awesome results as they are obedient to the Holy Spirit and are led to
pray as He speaks.
